Wonderful location near Hagley Park.

A hidden gem beside the park

Surrounded by beautiful gardens, our stay felt like a retreat. The staff went above and beyond, offering delightful cookies at check-in. Breakfast was a treat with plenty of delicious options.

While our room was comfortable, we had issues with the air conditioning making sleep difficult. A missed opportunity for minor details to ensure a smooth stay.

Couple’s retreat worth considering

Had a fantastic surprise with the king size bed, it was really comfortable and made the stay quite pleasant. The heated outdoor swimming pool was another highlight, felt like a mini paradise.

It wasn’t cheap, but for what we got, it felt alright.

After an incredible night, I loved the massive, comfy bed and the delicious food served in the restaurant, though the check-in delay was a letdown. I'd definitely return!

The gardens surrounding the property are stunning, providing a quiet escape and perfect for morning walks. The breakfast selection is expansive, and I particularly enjoyed the locally sourced options that were fresh and delicious. The guest laundry facilities were a big plus for convenience during our stay. we appreciated having access during our five nights. During my visit, the overall atmosphere was relaxing and inviting, which made for a wonderful stay.

Lovely gardens enhance relaxation, and the golf course nearby offers a great activity. Check-in was disorganized, making the start disappointing.

the chateau was amazing! the grounds are beautiful and it’s right across from hagley park and the botanic gardens, perfect for leisurely walks. breakfast was delicious and worth it. Easy parking and a lovely guest laundry. definitely a great stay!

The bed in my King Room was super comfy, and I loved that I could order in-room breakfast whenever I wanted. Just wish the parking situation was a bit clearer, but overall, a solid choice!

Check-in was disorganized, leading to delays that put a damper on the arrival experience. The bedding situation was problematic. I specifically requested non-feather bedding but ended up with feathers, causing me sleepless nights and requiring multiple corrective visits. the pool area felt overcrowded with only two umbrellas, making it tough to enjoy a sunny day without a wait. The instant coffee available in the rooms left much to be desired, and some common areas needed better upkeep.
